Booking and Cancellation Policies

Bookings

To book any new cosmetic consultation, there will be a $100 consultation fee collected at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee will be applied to any treatment booked.

Cancellations

You must provide us with a notice of cancellation at least 48 hours of your appointment. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation before 48 hours of your appointment, we will not be able to refund the $100 consultation fee. Any non-cancellations or “No Shows” will not be refunded the $100 consultation fee.

After an appointment has been canceled or rescheduled three times, the payment will be forfeited, and an additional consultation fee will be required to reschedule.
